CLK Chain Hoist Series
Up to 1100 lbs Lifting Capacity

 

Designed for production applications and loads up to 1100 lbs, the CLK-Series is the latest addition to Ingersoll Rand’s line of air chain hoists. Exceptional durability with an ASME HST-5 rating of A5 (FEM/ISO mechanism classification of 1Am/M4) the CLK Series hoist are duty-rated to operate 800 full-load hours between overhauls.

With high speeds and precise spotting, these hoists are ideal for high production cycle operations. Spark resistant and slow speed precision spotting models are also available. MLK series come with a wide range of options and accessories.

  • 100% duty cycle. MLK/HLK are rated as HMI duty classification A5, severe duty. This equates to FEM 9.511 duty classification 2m
  • These hoist are ideal for the harsh environments found in steel mills, foundries and electroplating operations. These are also ideal for high duty cycle applications.
  • Pull chain or pilot pendent controls provide precise spotting capabilities. For even more precise control MLKS slow speed models are available
  • Self adjusting, air operated disc brake is spring applied and air released. Wear tested to over 1 million cycles before replacement.

7700 and 7790 Series Link Chain hoists have been designed specifically for heavy-duty industrial applications where loads vary between 275 lbs (125 kg) to 4400 lbs. (2000 kg). Simple, rugged, and reliable, these hoists are constructed with few moving parts, for easy repairs and less down time. 7700 and 7790 Series hoists come complete with 10 feet of standard lift and either 6 feet of pendant control or 6 feet of pull chain control.

7700 and 7790 Series Spark Resistant Hoists are designed for Division 1 applications where, under normal operating conditions, the atmosphere contains hazardous concentrations of flammable gases, dust, or other materials. Specifically engineered for continuous heavy-duty industrial applications - between 500 lbs. (227 kg) and 3000 lbs. (1364 kg) - the 7700 and 7790 Spark Resistant Hoists are available with bronze top hook or trolley adapter suspension.

  • Stainless steel load chain and solid bronze hooks to prevent accidental sparking.
  • Pendant control handles, when ordered, are covered with an industrial-grade vinyl grip. Pull chain controls come standard with zinc-plated pull chain.
  • Hoist capacities are reduced and speed adjustments are locked into place to maximize chain life.
  • Trolley models are supplied with bronze wheels.
    Division 1 & 2 Applications
  • Division 1 (Spark-Resistant air hoists are required) Atmospheres containing hazardous concentrations of flammable gases, dusts, or fibers, continuously, frequently or periodically, under normal operating conditions.
  • Division 2 (Standard air hoists are required) Atmospheres, normally non-hazardous, in which a hazardous concentration of flammable gases, dusts, or fibers, occurs when a container or handling system fails, or the ventilating system which normally keeps the concentration non-hazardous fails.

Featuring a compact, robust and modular design, the LIFTCHAIN® hoists offer a range of capacities from 1.5 to 100 metric tons with a variety of configurations including hook mount or with plain, geared, or motorized trolleys for mounting on jibs or beams.

Designed to meet or exceed specifications of one or more of the following regulatory bodies - the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD), UK HSE, Lloyds Register of Shipping (LRS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for the oilwell drilling industry

All BOP Handling Systems are comprised of two trolley-mounted hoists; each of which is rated at one-half the complete system capacity.
