For one thing, John Henry Foster is very easy to work with. Their salesmen are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They're a reputable company; we deal with them already and it was just very smooth. They pretty much ran the program: they put everything together. They knew what our needs were, they specified the equipment, they new how much the savings was involved with the program, and so we really didn't have to do anything internally. It was pretty seamless. They know the business; they've been in business a long time and I would highly recommend them to somebody else who is looking at going through an energy savings program.
